How do I set up MFA at t ºÚÁÏÉçÇø using a non-smartphone device?
You can still use MFA to secure your UMGC account even if you do not have access to a smartphone.
Alternate MFA Methods
If you do not have access to a smartphone or smart device, use one of these supported options:
- Microsoft Authenticator browser extension
- YubiKey Hardware Token
To manage your authentication methods:
- Navigate to
- Sign in using your UMGC email address and password.
- On the Security Info page, select + Add sign-in method.
- Choose one of the supported authentication methods available to you.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
- Select Done when the setup is complete.
