Current students can request enrollment verification through MyUMGC. If your enrollment verification is not available through MyUMGC, please complete the .
Investigators conducting background investigations must complete an accompanied by a signed release from the student. Please complete one form per student. The forms will be submitted through DocuSign and the request will be fulfilled either by email or e-fax. If you have any additional questions, please contact studentrecords@umgc.edu.
