How to Start a Reimbursement Request

  1. Email the VCO directly to request an enrollment verification letter:
    • Email:Ìýveterans.certification@umgc.edu
    • Subject Line: Request for Preparatory Course Enrollment  Verification
    • Include the full course title and dates of the course in your email
  2. UMGC will send you an Enrollment Verification LetterÌýin 2–3 business days
  3. AccessÌýÌýon the VA website and complete it with your personal information and ºÚÁÏÉçÇø course information
  4. Submit the following directly to the VA:
    • VA Form 22-10272
    • Enrollment Verification Letter
    • Copy of paid receipt for reimbursement
