1. Go to and enter your UMGC Email or Username.
2. Enter the captcha code and select Next.
3. Click the authentication method you set up with your account.
   • Contact info must already be in your UMGC profile; enter a non-UMGC number if requested.
4. Enter the verification code or follow the directions sent to you.
5. Create a new password:
   • 12-127 characters
   • Includes at least three of the following: uppercase, lowercase, number, special character (! @ # $)
6. Click Finish to complete the reset.

Note: Passwords must be changed every 90 days for security.
