Only students who are 100% eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill and are being charged the out-of-state tuition rate are eligible for the . The steps to ensure you can utilize the Yellow Ribbon program, if appropriate, are below. 

1. Apply for the Post-9/11 GI Bill at .
2. Obtain your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the VA.
3. Log in to your .
4. Initiate and fill out the form.
5. Select Chapter 33 (Post-9/11 GI Bill).
6. When the CH 33 Yellow Ribbon Program box appears, check the box to use Yellow Ribbon.
7. Submit the Request for Certification form.
8. Repeat this process every term for which you want to use benefits.

If you have already completed the Request for Certification Form and did not select Yellow Ribbon, email veterans.certification@umgc.edu and request to add Yellow Ribbon.

±·´Ç³Ù±ð:ÌýIf you are 100% eligible and receive the in-state or military tuition rate, you do not need the Yellow Ribbon program to cover the cost of your tuition and fees.
