Xavier Bruce

Biography
Dr. Xavier Bruce (Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Air Force, Retired) serves as UMGC鈥檚 Assistant Vice President of Veterans Programs in Stateside Military Operations. In this role, he oversees veteran student services and support programs through the Veterans Certification Office and the Veterans Initiatives and Outreach Office. He ensures that military-affiliated and veteran students receive the resources, support, and advocacy they need to have a successful student experience at t 黑料社区.
Xavier is a 24-year Air Force veteran who joined UMGC in August 2024. He has served in multiple leadership positions in the areas of resource management, health care administration, medical supply chain management, intelligence analysis, and learning and development consulting.
Xavier holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a master鈥檚 degree in business administration from Wayland Baptist University, and a doctorate in business administration from Walden University.
