University of Maryland Global Campus stateside locations observe the following holiday calendar for 2025. Please contact your advisor or military education coordinator to determine how these holiday dates may impact your classes.

Holiday 2025 Calendar

All hybrid locations will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day: January 1, 2026
  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday: January 19, 2026
  • Memorial Day: May 26, 2025
  • Juneteenth: June 19, 2025
  • Independence Day: July 4, 2025
  • Labor Day: September 1, 2025
  • Thanksgiving Break: November 27–28, 2025
  • Christmas Day: December 25, 2025

Military sites may observe the following holidays along with the holidays listed above:

  • Presidents' Day: February 16, 2026
  • Columbus Day: October 13, 2025
  • Veterans Day: November 11, 2025
