Interested in federal government experience? UMGC students and recent graduates with disabilities have the opportunity to connect with federal agencies through the (ODEP) ).

What is WRP?

WRP connectsÌýfederal and interested private-sector employers nationwide with undergraduate and graduate students as well as recent graduates with disabilities who are eager to demonstrate their abilities in the workplace through internships or permanent jobs.

Over the years, thousands of undergraduate, graduate, and alumni have participated in the program, working in diverse roles in federal workplaces across the nation.

How Do I Apply?

Applicants with disabilities can register and submit their required eligibility documents online via the USAJobs Agency Talent PortalÌýduring the registration period from August 25, 2025 - October 10, 2025.
